LAST UPDATE: 02-18-2026Terms of service are rules by which one must agree to abide in order to use a service.Listed below are my terms of service. By commissioning me, you are agreeing that you have read and understood these terms. Violating any of these terms may result in you being banned from doing any type of business with me in the future.I have the right to refuse any requests.PAYMENTS
1. I only accept USD through PayPal or KoFi. I will send an invoice if you are paying through PayPal.
2. You must pay upfront 100% before any commission work is started.
3. Full refunds will only be granted if no work has been started. If you need to cancel your order for any reason, please discuss it with me first. Chargebacks will get you banned from doing any type of business with me in the future.
4. You do not have permission to use my art for anything related to AI or NFTs.GENERAL
5. Once you purchase a commission from me, you are free to edit or use it any way you see fit with credit.
6. You are free to repost your commission anywhere with credit
7. You are allowed to use commissions for ANY personal use, which includes cropping, printing it out, etc. Commercial use is NOT allowed unless otherwise discussed.
8. All commissions will be publicly posted on my accounts. If you wish to keep your commission private, please let me know in advance.
9. Turnaround times are around 2 months. Most art will be completed way before this and a queue is provided with all of my current work. You are also free to contact me for updates.
10. All commissions will be drawn with a degree of artistic freedom. My art will vary from piece to piece.
11. Complex outfits and props will be simplified as needed unless otherwise discussed.
